From there, Garnet embarked on a journey that traversed continents and cultures. Guided by a guru in India, he delved into the heart of spiritual exploration. He lived amid the lush landscapes of Ecuador, absorbing the wisdom of diverse traditions.

Returning to Canada, he pursued formal education in the emerging wellness and spa industry, recognizing the importance of holistic well-being.Beyond his professional endeavors, Garnet’s heart beats for a noble cause—wild animal rescue and conservation.

His dedication led to the establishment and management of a Long-Life Gibbon Sanctuary, offering sanctuary and care to injured and orphaned gibbons, the Southeast Asian apes.
