  • Better Sleep

    These sessions work to harmonize your Circadian Cycle and normalize sleep patterns.

    To start the day we have the early sessions (6am-9am) which lock in the Circadian response to first light. Some of the sessions (9am-5pm) help you learn to consciously relax when needed.
    Others (5pm-7pm) act to dissipate the buildup of stress that can hijack your sleep rhythms later in the day.
    Lastly, some of the sessions (7pm-9pm) will act to coax and induce sleep later on.

    The goal is to shift your Circadian Cycle back into its natural movements.

  • Brain Gym

    The Brain Gym contains Light/Sound experiences designed to target and enhance specific aspects of healthy brain functioning.

    Spending time in the Brain Gym can increase the ease and effects encountered in the sessions found in the Mind States section.

  • Mind States

    These sessions are designed to coax your brain into certain “Probability States” of mind.

    Think of the experiences as “brain exercise disguised as entertainment”. To get the most benefit, do some of the Guided Breathing both before and after the Light/Sound experience.

    Like any exercise, some regularity generates the best results.

  • Brain Optimizers

    The Brain Optimizer sessions help “unstick a stuck brain”. The ways in which the brain gets “stuck” differs and consequently, the “unsticking” approach must interface with the specific type of “glue” involved.

    Brain Processor sessions are based on the neuropsychological elements found in Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) brain theory which is the foundation for Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process trauma and neutralize negative emotional responses to past events. 

    Brain Dehabituator sessions break apart unhelpful habits by disconnecting a stuck pattern before reconnecting to a new preferred pattern and then reinforcing the new preferred pattern.

  • Drug-Free Microdosing

    Drug Free Microdosing is an approach of gently and progressively inducing positive neuroplastic changes in the brain using regular and well-crafted Light and Sound stimulation.

    With repetition and eventual integration, the State to Trait evolution will occur.
